Bloggers Banquet

I just got home after having a very pleasant dinner with some other bloggers including Robert Scoble, Jeremiah Owyang, Chris Thilk, Kevin Dugan, Jeffery Treem , David Dalka and Mike Miller (That's me and Scoble in the pic).

Really nice group of guys.  Aside from Chris, I've never met any of them before.  Funny thing is I didn't know who Scoble was until about four months ago.  If I sat next to him a year ago, I wouldn't have thought twice about  it.  But knowing how many people he's influenced with his blog and book, made me feel like I was sitting next to a celebrity of sorts.

But I got over that real quick.  Scoble and all of the guys are really a nice bunch of people who share a passion for blogging.  Glad I could make it.  (yes, there was a little geeking out with phones and cameras—but we kept it to a minimum).
