The ever-present Ann Handley from Marketing Profs recently held a presentation over at the Marshall School of Business of the University of Southern California. The presentation was given to an MBA class in Internet marketing. Here's where it gets cool. Ann used some of my visuals in her deck. And when she was ready to talk to the "Sharing Ideas in Flat Vs. Round Worlds" slide—she simply pulled up this audio file which I recorded specifically for the presentation.
So now the way that we present to a live audience is changing as well—in a flat kind of way. We can be there virtually—no studio or fancy equipment required. Record. Send. Download. Done.
Ann tells me it went off without a hitch. I kept the recording pretty short, at just over five minutes. I still wish I could have been there in person to see Ann in action. Lucky students...
