Blog of the Day: Conversation Agent
Every once in a while, a voice emerges in the blogosphere which breaks through the clutter and makes a near instant connection with those who are willing to listen. I believe Valeria Maltoni, author of Conversation Agent is one of these voices. Valeria is a self described "extrovert", feeding off of the energy she gets from connecting and conversing with people. Chances are if you haven't visited her blog, you may have seen her commenting somewhere doing what she does best—taking conversations to the next level.
Conversation Agent is hard to put a finger on—that's another good sign. One day Valaria maybe be talking about passion and emotion, and the next day she'll be talking about the design of conversation, or something I can really relate to—liberating your inner Italian (or in my case, just letting the outer Italian take over).
Stop by and have a read. Better yet—start a conversation. As Valeria once said in a comment here "The new marketplace is the conversation."

Nice site to showcase!

Thanks for the suggestion Dave. She has great content over there. It's nice to be exposed to new voices with real substance.

Yep, Valeria rocks. Very generous blogger that gives sage, uplifting counsel. And with such a darling personality, to boot. I've been enjoying conversations with her and at her blog.
Thanks for giving her top billing :-).

Thank you, David. And Roger, Matt, CK... you are all very kind.
It is my strong believe that the future of work resides in collaboration and that the conversation is the next (old) tool to evolve projects.
As you have all illustrated in different ways, engagement resulting in experience, creativity that builds results, enabling technology, and consumer-enlightened marketing are all about people.
In the end, all that matters is knowing that you've made a difference and you all have and continue to.

David,
I, too, am fast becoming a Valeria fan.

Sorry to be late joining the standing ovation, but Valeria writes one of the top blogs in marketing. Philly by way of Modena, fast cars, coffee, Caravaggio, you name it. I'm a big fan. Big fan.

David,
Man, I hate it when I don't have anything new to say. But...I have to simply applaud and agree with all of you who love Valeria's blog. It's been one of my favorites for awhile.
What I love about her writing is that she writes about non-markting things but through a marketing lens. She sees marketing insights everywhere and shares them.
Lucky us.
