Buzz Buzz Buzz
A couple of good takes on the latest "Guerrilla/Word of Mouth Marketing" debacle. I have one thing to say about these kinds of gimmicks:
Was it a good experience?
For Boston? For consumers? For the client? For the agency?
Is Buzz worth it at all costs? In his post Seth says we won't see the last of this kind of thing. He's probably correct. On a personal note, I was in a Boston cab at the time this was going on and saw all of the police cars on full alert scrambling around town—it didn't seem like anyone was having a good experience that day.

IA Summit
Disambiguity's Leisa Reichelt will be on a panel discussing where IA fits into the design process. If you ask me—it is part of the design process (or at least needs to be).
