Unfortunately I could hit the Vegas strip to see your presentation in person, but it looks like you uploaded to Slideshare (http://www.slideshare.net/darmano/the-fuzzy-tail), so I took a peek.
Since we've known each other for quite a while, I feel as though I expected to see much of what you presented (unfortunately I didn't get the full flavor since I only see flat slides and no David) and in many ways, something that so many of us have been pushing for a long while. Getting away from the typical "workflow" of tossing documentation over a wall and hoping for the best.
On one hand, it's great to see you putting presentations like this together, providing great examples of ideas that come from the collaborative efforts of teams. Of course on the other hand, there's certainly a level to which it's sad that this still has to be a topic. But we do constantly need to remind ourselves that some of the best ideas are generated by a collaborative group of individuals / peers.
Of course this topic also leads me to recommend the following books:

Anyway, nice presentation. Keep on keepin' on.
