Stop what you are doing and go read this post and more importantly the comments over at Adaptive Path, a user experience professional services firm. Here's the beauty about it. It's raw and authentic and got people talking from all backgrounds. Peers, clients and even the firm's employees, some of who challenged their president in public.
Sometimes it takes a smaller business to show the larger ones that conversations don't always involve holding hands and singing each other's praises. Sometimes it takes a catalyst to get real. A good reminder. The only advice I would give here is that once you start a conversation of this nature—be prepared to facilitate it to the end.
Good stuff.
