A couple of years ago I wrote a blog entry on "marketing in a post consumer era". The basic premise was that economic, social and technological conditions are impacting how "consumers" behave making us less reliant on mass consumption fueled by mass marketing and more savvy, thrifty, and fickle. So when I got contacted about discussing a related topic on the RT program called "Cross Talk", I jumped at the opportunity.
