As Global Strategy Director for Edelman, I focus on planning and activating integrated marketing efforts that are purpose-led and social by design. I also lead various strategic partnerships across Edelman, as well as our Digital Transformation efforts. In addition to being a seasoned practitioner in digital and integrated marketing—I have contributed articles in publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bloomberg, AdAge, Adweek CMO.com and Digiday amongst others.
Before joining Edelman, I was a part of the founding team of social business consultancy Dachis Group (acquired by Sprinklr). I've had the rare and fantastic experience of working with some of the top brands and organizations in the world including HP, Kellogg's, PayPal, United Airlines, Adidas, Hilton, Barilla, the U.S. Dairy Industry to name a few. I first cut my teeth in marketing at leading digital agencies including agency.com and Digitas as both creative and strategic leads.
I serve on several advisory boards including Dynamic Signal, the leading employee and influencer engagement platform, and am a voting member of the Marketing Hall of Fame. When I'm not knee-deep in work, I can be found spending time with my two boys, riding my Road King or trying to get outside when the Chicago climate permits.

Business decisions should be made on the best data and analysis made available, but today's real-time environment makes it increasingly difficult to parse signal from noise. I help organizations re-think how they gather, analyze and share data to make smarter decisions despite changing conditions.
Emerging behaviors from consumers, customers, and employees combined with a rapidly changing business environment are forcing organizations to adapt. I help these organizations by putting people at the center of change and devising a roadmap designed to navigate change strategically and incrementally.
