I’m not a designer—I’m a “design thinker”. I’m not as concerned about making things pretty as much as I am understanding users, customers, (people) and solving the problems they never knew they had. I think in scenarios and roadmaps—all rooted in key strategic insights and an intuitive understanding of human behavior.
I learned these skills through working on numerous projects that involved functional design—design which serves a purpose, or simply serves. From simplifying the insurance quote process to personalizing the Harley-Davidson of your dreams, I'm interested in designing solutions that help people make more of life.
